Jack Ruby CD Release

The band Jack Ruby existed in one form or another for about five years. They recorded two studio demos during that period, but they never had a record deal. Now, more than thirty years after the group’s dissolution, they are finally being preserved on compact disc. Thanks to the efforts of Weasel Walter and his label, ugEXPLODE, an eight-song compilation, consisting of songs from their studio demos and rehearsal tapes, will be available on October 15th, 2011. Four of the eight songs feature George Scott on bass.

Note: This CD is no longer available. It was a limited edition release of 300 copies that sold out quickly. As of 2013, Weasel Walter’s label/store is “closed until further notice.”
